Being installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 I already had Webroot Antivirus with Spy Sweeper and NOD32 Antivirus installed so I wonder if any issues would take place and actually they did. Kaspersky detected Webroot first, see screenshot

I uninstalled the software manually and clicked next button. As expected the software detected NOD32 Antivirus and demanded me to uninstall it also. I suppose any antivirus and antimalware software can not run simultaneously with Kaspersky so it better to uninstall any beforehand.

I did not want to risk and rebooted. After reboot before Explorer loaded the installation began. As I am using commercial license I was advised to enter activation code. Standard license is 365 days and can be installed up to 3 computers.
Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 interface and features
When you first run the software databases are updated automatically, so it is better wait and when databases are completely updated run a full scan of your system. The scan may take a while so you can set "shut down the computer" when the scan is completed.

The GUI of the program has been significantly changed since the previous version. Below the Internet Security 2012 text there is a new option of the program "Cloud Protection". This is a brand new feature designed by Kaspersky lab, the idea is the following. When unrecognized or unknown virus is detected by Kaspersky on your computer it is automatically sent to analyst team. Potential threat is analyzed in real-time and when solution is found added to the future database update.

I noticed one useful feature for people who frequently buy online or use registration forms. This option is "Virtual Keyboard". When you type your personal data using hardware keyboard this information can be intercepted by key loggers (the key stroke register programs). Virtual keyboard prevents this interception, you can find it from the main program window or right in the browser.
